Sean has represented major domestic and overseas insurance and reinsurance companies, Lloyd’s syndicates and their representatives, insurance brokers and other intermediaries and he acts on both contentious and non-contentious matters as well as the full range of alternative dispute resolution techniques.
He advises these and other clients on professional indemnity disputes in areas including accountancy, legal, chartered surveying, investment banking, property management, insurance and reinsurance brokers and design consultancies. On the non-contentious side, he counsels clients on a variety of risk assessment and prevention issues.
Sean also acts for insurers on matters involving investment banks, offshore investment companies, trust companies, stockbrokers and other financial institutions.
