Terence Tung is a partner of JSM. He has substantial experience in various aspects of contentious matters at the level of the People's Supreme Court, the People's Higher Court of various provinces and municipalities, and the People's Intermediate Courts of various municipalities in the PRC and the High Court of Hong Kong.  He also has extensive experience in liquidation and debt restructuring and led the GITIC liquidation case.

Terence was named as a Recommended Dispute Resolution Lawyer in China by PLC Which Lawyer? Yearbook 2007 and 2008, PLC Cross-Border Finance Handbook in 2009-10 and PLC Cross-Border Dispute Resolution Handbook in 2006-07 and 2008-09.  Terence is a China-Appointed Attesting Officer (appointed by the Ministry of Justice of PRC), and an arbitrator for the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). Terence speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese.
