Phillip Dupré is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown's Washington, DC office. His focus is on White Collar Defense & Compliance, Antitrust & Competition, and Commercial Litigation. He has experience in a wide variety of civil and criminal litigation matters before both trial and appellate courts, in areas such as securities violations, contract disputes, and products liability.
Phillip has broad experience representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including managing written and electronic discovery, preparing pleadings and dispositive motions, taking individual and organizational depositions, assisting expert witnesses, and drafting mediation statements and appellate briefs.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Phillip spent a year with the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where he litigated civil rights cases on behalf of traditionally disenfranchised groups. Before attending law school, Phillip spent several years working in politics, including managing political campaigns at both the state and federal level and serving as a legislative aide in the Texas House of Representatives.
