Nissa is a counsel in Mayer Brown’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. She is also a member of the firm’s Telecommunications practice. Nissa has significant experience in state and federal regulatory, trial and appellate litigation involving telecommunications, regulatory and administrative law, commercial disputes, and real property law. In addition, Nissa counsels clients regarding regulatory issues such as matters relating to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and use of rights-of-way. Nissa also has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation involving class actions, breach of contract, consumer fraud and fraudulent conveyances.
