Nichola Padget is a senior associate in the Litigation practice of the London office focusing on real estate litigation. She has experience in all aspects of contentious commercial landlord and tenant matters such as advising on vacant possession strategies, lease renewal litigation, service charge and dilapidations disputes, breaches of covenant, forfeiture and break options.
Nichola also has experience in property related insolvency acting in connection with both personal and commercial insolvency proceedings and advising Law of Property Act 1925 Receivers on their powers, duties and property management issues. In addition, Nichola also advises on a wide range of real property matters including adverse possesion, proprietary estoppel, nuisance, restrictive covenants, possession claims against trespassers and property related professional negligence claims.
Nichola joined Mayer Brown in 2010 from a large Bristol firm.
