Lindsay O’Neil is an associate in the Banking & Finance Practice. Lindsay has experience representing issuers, borrowers, underwriters, domestic and international banks and asset-backed commercial paper conduits in a variety of securitization and other structured finance transactions in both the public and private markets.
Lindsay has experience with a wide variety of asset classes, including auto and equipment loans and leases, trade receivables, credit card receivables and life settlements. In addition, Lindsay advises clients in connection with various regulatory developments, including the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and Rule 17g-5 of the Securities Exchange Act.
