Kanchan Adik is an associate in the Litigation practice of the London office focusing on real estate litigation. She assists on contentious commercial landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewal litigation, service charge and dilapidations disputes, breaches of covenant, forfeiture and break options.
In addition, Kanchan has also worked on a wide range of other property and insolvency related matters including compulsory purchase orders, business rates, statutory demands, bankruptcy and winding petitions and property related professional negligence claims.
Kanchan joined Mayer Brown in 2009 as a trainee and has spent six months on secondment at Unilever PLC.
