Jennifer McGrandle is a senior associate in Mayer Brown’s London office. As a former barrister, she continues to do advocacy in employment tribunals on a regular basis. She focuses on all areas of employment law but has particular expertise in discrimination and bonus claims. She also has experience of advising on large, multi-jurisdictional redundancy and re-contracting exercises.
In addition to contentious work (both High Court and tribunal claims), Jennifer undertakes a wide range of non-contentious advisory work.
Jennifer joined Mayer Brown in 2001, having previously been with a top-ranked set of Chambers of English Barristers focusing in employment law and commercial litigation. She is fluent in Spanish.
