Jeffrey Dunetz represents commercial lending institutions, investment banks, insurance companies and borrowers in leveraged, cross-over and investment grade financings, mezzanine investments, secured and unsecured lending agreements, first/second lien financings, debtor-in-possession financings and other financing transactions. The total transaction value of deals closed by Jeffrey is approximately $65 billion.
The transactions worked on by Jeffrey include both large capitalization and middle market financings. He has extensive experience in cash flow, asset-based and structured finance transactions, as well as intercreditor matters, with a significant number of his transactions involving both senior and subordinated capital.
Jeffrey has transactional experience in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, commodities and natural resources, agribusiness, retail, apparel and healthcare. In addition, he has substantial cross-border asset-based and secured lending experience, having closed international and multicurrency financings in multiple countries in Europe, Asia and around the world.
