Jayne is a senior associate in the finance practice of the London office. She joined Mayer Brown in 2005 and has spent six months on secondment in the legal department at Wells Fargo in London and was, in 2009, seconded to the Global Restructuring Group at The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
Jayne has acted for a variety of lenders and borrowers on a range of domestic and cross border financings with particular focus on real estate investment, development and restructuring transactions and leveraged and acquisition finance.
