Jacklyn S. F. Ng

Jacklyn Ng is a consultant of Mayer Brown JSM. She has extensive experience in all matters connected with probate including contentious and non-contentious matters; preparation of wills, obtaining estate duty clearances, proving wills of the deceased, obtaining letters of administration in cases where the individual has died intestate; advising on the administration of estates; applications to court for directions in the course of administration of estates and constructions of provisions in wills and variation of trusts; and advising on conveyancing and tenancy matters.  According to Asia Pacific Legal 500, she is "highly recommended [for tax and trusts]" (2004).
