Dr. Sven Labudda is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Mayer Brown’s Corporate and M&A practice. Sven advises national and international companies and their management on all aspects of corporate and securities law, focusing on listed stock corporations. This includes public offerings, capital increases, preparation of general meetings and public takeovers. He also advises on mergers & acquisitions transactions. Sven has been a lecturer at the Steinbeis University since 2010 and a lecturer at the Institute for Law and Finance of the Goethe-University Frankfurt since 2011.
Sven joined Mayer Brown’s office in Frankfurt in 2008 after having been a member of another large US firm’s Frankfurt office. In addition to his native German, Sven is fluent in English and Swedish.
