  • The shareholders in the sale of all shares in the Medizinische Laboratorien Düesseldorf GmbH, Düesseldorf’s largest medical laboratory to Sonic Healthcare Group.
  • The shareholders in the sale of all shares in Senator International Group, a globally active logistics and freight forwarding company with a particular focus on air freight and more than 20 subsidiaries with in numerous countries to A.P. Moller – Maersk at an enterprise value of USD 644 million.
  • Goodyear on its acquisition of tire reseller Reifen Burkhardt.
  • BENTELER Group on the sale of its hot rolling mill in Shreveport, Louisiana, by way of a share deal to Tenaris (aborted prior to closing).
