Dr. Jan Streer is an associate in the corporate practice of the Mayer Brown Düsseldorf office. He focuses on advising national and international companies as well as medium-sized enterprises in transactional matters, in particular with regard to M&A and restructuring. Moreover, Jan also advises on complex corporate issues.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2006, Jan worked as a legal clerk for another mayor international law firm. Further, he repeatedly advised clients on-site, thus gaining considerable in-house experience.

In addition to his native German, Jan is fluent in English.
