Dr. Hendrik Otto is a partner in the Düsseldorf office of Mayer Brown’s Corporate and M&A practice. He focuses on advising national and international clients on all aspects of corporate transactions and matters, including M&A, private equity, restructuring and acquisition finance as well as joint ventures.
From mid 2010 to the beginning of 2011 he was seconded to HSBC Bank PLC in London (FI Group, Global Banking & Markets). Hendrik joined Mayer Brown in 2006, and has given various lectures at the University of Piedmont and the University of Pisa.
