Bin Liang is an associate of JSM. From 2000 to March 2001, Bin worked as legal consultant in the Shanghai office of a French law firm and focused on foreign investment projects. From February 2002 to June 2007, he worked as legal consultant in Gide Loyrette Nouel's Beijing Office, by taking part in foreign direct investment projects in China and international trade remedy cases such as anti-dumping investigation procedures initiated by the EU Commission, Turkey, and the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC. Bin is currently working as legal counsel in Beijing (focusing on international trade remedy cases). He has made presentations concerning how to protect the domain name in China and the legal system applicable to the software made within the telecom/IT working group of the French Chamber in Beijing (CCIFC). Bin speaks English, Mandarin and French.
