Avanthi Gunatilake is an associate in the finance practice of the London office. She joined Mayer Brown in 2007 and has spent six months on secondment in the legal department at Wells Fargo Bank in London. Avanthi has acted for a variety of lenders and borrowers on a range of domestic, European and international finance transactions, particularly in the areas of project finance, asset based lending and structured finance.
