Angie Cheng is a senior associate of Mayer Brown JSM. Angie acts for major banks in financing acquisition, development and redevelopment of real property in Hong Kong, ranging from re-development sites, tender sites to development projects with statutory bodies in the development of railway sites and urban renewal sites. She also acts for major banks in financing secured by property portfolio of real estate investment trusts and private investment funds. Angie has solid experience in acting for developers and statutory bodies in project conveyancing, advising on land grant issues from project conveyancing perspective, and negotiating with government departments and other professional consultants on project basis.
She was admitted to practise in Hong Kong in 1996.
