Adam is a Banking and Finance associate whose practice focuses on leveraged finance. He represents financial institutions and sponsors/borrowers in a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated and single-bank secured and unsecured first and second lien acquisition financings, asset-based loan facilities, cash flow facilities, refinancings, restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings.
