Mayer Brown Associate Makes Debut Before Supreme Court

Steve Sanders, an associate in the Supreme Court & Appellate practice, argued his first case before the Supreme Court on Nov. 4.  In Pottawattamie County v. McGhee, Sanders went up against former Solicitor General Paul Clement, who has now argued in front of the Court 51 times.  The question presented involves the scope of prosecutorial immunity in section 1983 actions.
