Experience
Reb Wheeler is a transactional attorney and corporate adviser whose practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, securities, general corporate matters and pharmaceutical transactions.
Reb advises US and international companies and investors in connection with a wide range of transactions and other matters. His transactional experience includes mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, restructurings, venture and later-stage equity financings; and debt securities offerings. Many of the matters with which Reb has been involved have included a cross-border dimension.
