- acquisition of CGroup, which supplies cosmetics and skincare products for brand names such as Hermes, Chanel and Boots, for the consideration of US$120 million.
- acted for Li & Fung in connection with its agreement with Tommy Hilfiger to acquire the designer's global sourcing operations for HK$1.9 billion.
- acquisition of the sourcing arm of German - listed KarstadtQuelle AG, the market leader of department store and mail order business in Germany. The consideration is approximately Euro 60 million.
- Advising Citigroup Property Investors, LaSalle Investment Management and other property-related funds in connection with real estate investments.
