Experience
Drew Salvest, who heads Mayer Brown’s debt capital markets practice in London, has extensive experience with London-based US and international capital markets transactions, and he focuses on advising on securitizations and other complex structured offerings.
Drew also advises European, Central Asian, Middle Eastern, and North African sovereign, corporate, and financial institution issuers and their bankers on a broad range of securities products that are sold to investors pursuant to US SEC-registered public offerings, global offerings, commercial paper programs, Eurobond offerings, and private placements.
