Stephen is an associate in the Litigation practice of the Washington office. Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2008, he clerked for Judge Stephen F. Williams, US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit (2007-2008). He recently returned to Mayer Brown after a clerkship for Chief Justice of the United States John G. Roberts Jr. (2009-2010). Education
