• Seng Heng Bank - advising STDM and Patrick Huen Wing Ming in relation to sale of a 79.93% stake in Seng Heng Bank Limited to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited for US$586 million (approx.).
• Li & Fung Limited - advising Li & Fung Limited in relation to the acquisition of CGroup for a total consideration of up to US$200 million.
• The Children’s Investment Master Fund - advising TCI in relation to the acquisition of a 26.3% equity interest plus Senior Notes in PRC infrastructure project. The total amount invested by TCI in this project exceeded US$200 million.
• Rexam PLC - advising Rexam PLC on its acquisition of FangXin Limited’s beauty packaging business for a cash consideration of US$74 million.
