Experience 

EU antitrust/competition: significant experience in issues arising under the Commission's leniency notice in cartel cases, article 82 of the EC treaty and the Merger Regulation  •  Greek competition: deals with notifications with the Hellenic Competition Commission and is particularly familiar with the interface between IP and competition law  •  ECJ litigation: as a former référendaire (law clerk) at the ECJ, has significant experience and in-side knowledge on the admissibility of cases, the drafting of pleadings and the handling of cases

Margarita is recognized by the European Business Report European Legal Experts 2008 in its EU and Competition lawyers' section for Belgium.
