EU antitrust/competition: significant experience in issues arising under the Commission's leniency notice in cartel cases, article 82 of the EC treaty and the Merger Regulation Greek competition: deals with notifications with the Hellenic Competition Commission and is particularly familiar with the interface between IP and competition law ECJ litigation: as a former référendaire (law clerk) at the ECJ, has significant experience and in-side knowledge on the admissibility of cases, the drafting of pleadings and the handling of cases
