Experience
Rex Palmer is an attorney of counsel in Mayer Brown’s real estate group. He concentrates his practice on acquisitions and sales of commercial properties for REITS and other investment funds. In addition, Rex drafts and negotiates leasing and management agreements for commercial properties and counsels clients regarding office space, retail space and warehouse and manufacturing facility leases. He also advises on the real estate aspects of business acquisitions and sales.
Rex handles private debt restructurings, real estate aspects of leveraged buy-out financings, working capital financings and other financing transactions. He also advises clients on medium-term loans secured by commercial real estate, participating mortgage loans and real estate synthetic leases.
