Experience
- Coordinates the firm's Hospitality and Leisure group in Asia which consists of approximately 30 partners (each supported by their respective associates)
- Advising developers, owners, institutional investors, governments and statutory corporations on infrastructure developments and mixed-use projects including drafting and negotiating the full range of commercial agreements required for such projects
- Advising in the drafting and negotiation of hotel management and related agreements in respect of over 40 hotel and lodging brands including the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Marriott, Aman, Shangri-la, St. Regis, W, Sheraton, Regent, Mandarin Oriental, Six Senses and Meridien brands
- Regular writer and speaker on topics affecting the hotel industry

- Advising the Airport Authority of Hong Kong and HKSAR Government on the joint venture agreements, management agreements and related documents in respect of Asia-World Expo, the 100,000 square metre International Exhibition Centre.
- Acting for HKSAR Government in respect of the drafting and negotiation of the Project Agreement, Facilities Management Agreement and other related agreements for its HK$16 billion Cyberport.
- Advising consortia of Hong Kong’s leading property developers in the tendering, development and financing of various airport railway mixed use infrastructure developments such as the HK$15 billion Tung Chung New Town (Package One). This included drafting and/or negotiating development agreements, shareholders agreements, syndicated loan agreements, vendor financing arrangements, hotel management agreements and other related corporate commercial matters.
- Advising on and negotiating hotel management agreements on behalf of the hotel owners in relation to the 400 room Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong and the 536 room Four Seasons Place, a Suite Hotel.
- Advising on and negotiating hotel management agreements on behalf of the hotel owner in relation to a 383 room hotel to be known as the W, Hong Kong.
- Advising on and negotiating hotel management agreements for a new Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong which will be the tallest elevated hotel in the World when constructed.
- Advising on and negotiating hotel management agreements on behalf of the HKSAR Government for the 173 room hotel called "Le Meridien, Cyberport."
- Acting for the Ministry of Industry and Electricity of Vietnam in respect of the drafting and negotiation of concession and off-take agreements for Power Station projects in Vietnam.
- Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation West Rail Project - acting for the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation in respect of the development of the West Rail passenger line in Kowloon and the New Territories of Hong Kong.
