Ted is an associate in the Appellate and General Litigation practices of the Washington office. Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2007, he was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Carolyn Dineen King, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from 2006 to 2007.
