17 June 2003 - Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw has advised Nestle S.A. in a joint venture with Colgate-Palmolive Company. The companies announced the agreement is "to pursue on a worldwide basis the development, marketing, distribution and sale of a portfolio of portable oral care products" that "taste good, clean teeth and freshen breath."
17 September 2001 - City law firm Rowe & Maw advised Reuters, the global news, information and technology group in its 50/50 joint venture with ICor Brokerage, the electronic derivatives broker, to form ICor Brokerage Limited.
