Mayer Brown associates Andy Hogan and McKay Harline were named “Rising Stars” by the Fund Finance Association (FFA). The Rising Stars program honors the next generation of leaders in the fund finance industry “who have demonstrated excellence, innovation and commitment to the sector,” according to FFA.
Andy and McKay were recognized among only 31 honorees globally for playing key roles in “some of the most complex and innovative fund finance transactions ever consummated.” FFA also noted their contributions to the growth of Mayer Brown’s Fund Finance group and broader fund finance community.
Based in New York, Andy advises a variety of lenders on the negotiation and implementation of subscription credit facilities.
McKay represents financial institutions, investment funds and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured finance transactions, including subscription-backed facilities, hybrid (NAV) facilities, bi-lateral loans, bridge loans, acquisition financings, asset-based financings and partner loan programs. He is based in Chicago.
