Mayer Brown partner Nina Flax named one of the “Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology”
Mayer Brown announced that partner Nina Flax, the leader of the firm’s Northern California Corporate & Securities practice, was named to the 2021 list of “Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology” by the National Diversity Council. The annual list spotlights executive female leaders who have reached the top of their profession.
In her corporate practice, Ms. Flax represents late-stage private and public companies in complex buy- and sell-side corporate transactions, as well as technology-driven go-to-market strategies and joint ventures. She is a driving force behind some of Mayer Brown’s most complex and cutting-edge transactions involving billions of dollars across a number of industries.
For her outstanding career and achievements, Ms. Flax has also been recognized as a “California Trailblazer” by The Recorder and as a “40 Under 40” honoree by Silicon Valley Business Journal and the Daily Journal.
