In our German offices in Frankfurt am Main and Düsseldorf approximately 80 lawyers advise German and international clients on complex cross-border  transactions. In this so they draw upon their in-depth local knowledge of the German market, as well as the resources of a global law firm. The practice provides full-service legal advice to clients which range from large international to medium-sized national industrial companies, financial institutions and funds, drawn from various industries, such as automotive, finance, chemicals, energy, pharmaceuticals, steel, telecommunications and consumer goods.
