Xiangyang Ge has many years of substantial experience in advising foreign investors on doing business in China and also advising large Chinese state-owned enterprises on outbound investments across the globe. He regularly handles cross-border mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on the oil and gas as well as the mining industries. He also represents companies in the renewable energy, climate change and environmental sectors.
