Thanos is an associate in the Banking & Finance group. His practice is focused primarily on representing lenders in securitized financing transactions. His experience encompasses both warehouse and term structures and a variety of asset classes, including student loans, middle market loans, mortgage loans, vehicle and equipment purchase/lease receivables, floor plan financing receivables, capital call commitments and other financial assets. His practice also includes representation of broker-dealers in connection with their activities as placement agents for both asset-backed and corporate commercial paper and representation of sellers and purchasers in whole loan mortgage trades.
