Patrick Wong is a partner of Mayer Brown JSM. He is highly experienced in corporate finance transactions involving companies based in Hong Kong and Mainland China, covering IPOs, private placing, convertible bond issues, private placing of warrants and various warrants proposals.  

Patrick advises on reorganisation, takeovers and mergers of listed companies and different types of significant commercial transactions impacting the listing status of listed companies. He has been nominated as a Leading Capital Markets - Equity Lawyer in the 21st/2011 Edition of the IFLR1000. Patrick speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
