Nicole Zayac is a counsel in Mayer Brown’s Palo Alto Corporate & Securities practice. She focuses her practice on insurance industry transactions, particularly regulatory and compliance and insurance mergers and acquisitions work.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Nicole was a counsel with Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.

Nicole represents insurance industry clients, including both producers and insurers, in connection with investigations and compliance actions by state insurance regulators and with licensing and holding company act applications before state insurance regulators. She also represents investors, including private equity funds, with regulatory aspects of investments in or acquisitions of regulated insurance entities.
