Nadav is a banking and finance associate in the Global Project Finance and Global Leveraged Finance groups.  He regularly represents borrowers (including private equity funds, private finance companies and IPPs) and lenders (including commercial banks, hedge funds and export credit agencies) in connection with a wide range of complex domestic and international financings and refinancings.  He also represents sponsors in the development of renewable energy projects and purchasers and sellers of energy assets in private acquisitions and divestitures.  Nadav has drafted and negotiated financing, refinancing and security documentation, asset and stock acquisition agreements, concession agreements, and engineering, construction and professional services agreements, among others. Nadav joined Mayer Brown in 2007.
