11 Mai 2009 - Arminius Real Estate Opportunity Fund, L.P. ("Arminius") hat ein Immobi-lienkreditportfolio mit einem Volumen von rund 148 Millionen Euro von einer internationa-len Großbank am Bankenplatz London erworben. Die Kredite sind ausschließlich mit deut-schen Immobilien besichert, unter anderem mit großen Hotels in den ostdeutschen Bundes-ländern. Mayer Brown LLP hat Arminius mit einem internationalen Team aus Anwälten der Standorte in Frankfurt und London beraten.

Mayer Brown advises Arminius Real Estate Opportunity Fund on acquisition of commercial real estate loans
International law firm Mayer Brown advised Arminius Real Estate Opportunity Fund, L.P. ("Arminius") on acquisition of performing commercial real estate loans totaling approximately 148 million Euro from a major international commercial bank in London. The loans are exclusively secured with German real estates, among others large hotels in east-ern Germany. Mayer Brown advised Arminius with an international team of lawyers from the Frankfurt and London offices.
