As a result, our lawyers continue to play an increasingly active role in a growing number of cross-border restructurings and insolvency proceedings.

The recent addition to our European practice - more than 300 lawyers in our London offices through the 2002 combination of Mayer, Brown & Platt with Rowe & Maw - added significantly to the global footprint of our financial restructuring and insolvency group.
