Overview
Andrew Fasey has been heavily involved in EU and international developments on regulatory chemical issues at a senior level for over 30 years. Andrew was previously at the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), where he was one of three members of the ECHA Board of Appeal (BoA). Since its creation in 2011, he has been involved in all the rulings of the BoA.
Andrew has also worked as an official at the European Commission, as one of the authors of the EU Commission proposal for the REACH Regulation and at the UK Health and Safety Executive. He is one of the most recognized and knowledgeable experts on EU REACH and on chemical legislation in the UK and Europe, and he brings his unique experience and insight to our REACH/Product Regulatory team at a time when clients are facing significant new challenges with the development of the Chemical Strategy for Sustainability under the European Green Deal.
