Steven Miller is a partner of Mayer Brown JSM. He has more than 20 years' experience in advising debtors, creditors, liquidators and major financial institutions on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious corporate restructuring and insolvency. He acts extensively for bank steering committees in negotiating and documenting cross-border corporate workouts and court-supervised reorganisations in Hong Kong and Thailand.  

Steve advises on all aspects of non-contentious debt restructuring including developing structures and techniques for treating different categories of debt, and negotiating with government departments, international agencies, credit and export insurers, secured and unsecured lenders.
