Eric is an associate in the Banking and Finance group. His practice focuses on structured finance and real estate finance matters.
Experience
Eric has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in commercial, multifamily and residential mortgage warehouse facilities, including facilities structured to finance non-performing loans.
Eric also represents financial institutions and finance companies in securitization and other structured products, including derivatives. He has experience in securitizations of a variety of asset types, including mortgage loans, auto leases, auto loans, equipment leases and small business loans. Eric also has experience representing mortgage loan servicers in connection with servicing agreements and sales of servicing rights.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2006, Eric served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Gloria M. Burns, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey (2005-2006).
