Elaine Yeung is an associate of Mayer Brown JSM. She advises on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment related matters, including advising employers on compliance with employment, anti-discrimination and data privacy legislation, recruitment, introduction of changes to employment arrangements, employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructurings, and termination issues.
