Amanda is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice. She represents issuers, borrowers, underwriters and commercial banks in connection with the issuance of asset-backed bonds backed by auto loans, auto leases, trade receivables, residential mortgages and student loans in the public, 144A and asset-backed commercial paper conduit markets in the United States, Australia and Canada. Amanda has also worked on the preparation and filing of shelf registration statements for issuer clients. Additionally, she routinely counsels clients regarding regulatory developments and proposals, such as the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Rule 17g-5 of the Securities Exchange Act, amendments to Regulation AB and the FDIC rules and the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility.
