A phenomenon that has grown significantly in 2012 was heavily covered by the media. What are the obligations for companies with regard to keeping information available and permanent? Do firms have to cooperate, or set up systems of preventative action and alerts? Are these systems totally exclusive to criminal risk? This morning's session will try to answer these questions.
The discussion will be conducted by Didier KLING, VP Treasurer of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In the presence of a great witness: Christian FLAESCH, Director of the Paris judiciary police
and
Christophe AYELA, lawyer, lead of Litgiation at Mayer Brown.
Jean-Claude KROSS, former General Attorney to the Paris Court of Appeal.
