• Acting on behalf of an export credit agency in the financing of the construction and operation of a silicone monomer manufacturing facility in Thailand.
• Acting on behalf of overseas investors in an acquisition of a gypsum business from Siam Cement in Thailand.
• Acting for an offshore insurance company in a proposed acquisition of a local insurance company.
• Acting for an investor in a proposed acquisition of a listed company operating a hotel and resort, and a small power plant business.
• Acting for the seller in a sale of shares of a five star Hotel in Thailand.
• Acting for the Creditors’ Steering Committee in relation to the restructuring of Thai Petrochemical Industry Public Company Limited.
• Acting as a corporate lawyer for a property development company, advising on all legal and corporate aspects, including financing of its projects, issuance of shares and debt instruments, land acquisitions, construction contracts and sale and purchase contracts.
• Acting as a corporate lawyer for a Japanese construction company based in Thailand, advising on all legal aspects with an emphasis on financing of its projects.
• Acting on behalf of the Lao PDR Government in the Nam Thuen 2 Hydroelectric Project sponsored by the World Bank.
• Acting on behalf of a consortium in the Phase 1 bid for the Thai IPP EGAT projects (gas fueled power project).
• Acting for the arranger in securitisation of a shoe manufacturing business.
• Acting for the investor of the Hopewell Elevated Rail and Road Project in drafting and negotiating a concession agreement with the State Railways of Thailand and the Ministry of Transport and Communications as well as advising the investor on all the Thai legal aspects of investment and concession.
• Advising a Thai Bank on various aspects financing of the construction of the Second Stage Expressway.
• Acting for offshore banks on Thai legal aspects of restructuring and refinancing the necessary offshore facilities to complete the Don Muang Tollway Project.
• Advising an offshore bank on Thai Legal Aspects in relation to the financing of a Thai Airway’s purchase of an Airbus.
