Eric is an associate in the Banking and Finance practice. Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2006, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Gloria M. Burns, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey (2005-2006).

- Represents originator in connection with commercial mortgage asset warehouse facilities.
- Represents lenders in negotiation of credit facilities secured by the capital commitments of private equity fund limited partners.
- Advises financial institutions on SEC compliance issues related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Regulation AB and reporting requirements under the ’34 Act.
- Represents financial institutions as master servicer in commercial mortgage-backed securitizations.
- Represents mortgage loan sellers and buyers in the sale of whole loan pools.
