Experience 
Stephanie is a banking and finance associate in the Global Project Finance, Securitization and Latin American groups.  She focuses on complex international and domestic financings, including project finance, structured finance and securitizations.  Stephanie represents lenders (whether they be financial institutions, multilateral agencies or export credits agencies) in various deal roles, such as arranger, administrative agent, security agent, underwriter and/or placement agent.  Stephanie's Latin American financing experience is extensive and includes transactions in Mexico, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Honduras, Panama and Argentina.

Stephanie joined Mayer Brown in 2004.  She is proficient in Spanish.

  • $435 million Bajio power project (México), the $1.7 billion Jawa (Paiton II) power project (Indonesia) and $500 million EBIC ammonia project (Egypt).
  • $1 billion IIRSA Sur toll road financing (Perú).
  • $164 million Lima airport financing (Perú).
  • $350 million airports financing (Dominican Republic).
  • $35 million hydroelectric project financing (México).
  • $400 million Central Puerto power plant restructuring (Argentina).
  • PS 1 billion construction loan-backed securitization and guaranty-enhanced repackaging (México).
