Experience
Andreas Lange is a partner in the banking department, with a practice that focuses on debt instruments and capital markets matters. He is experienced in acquisition finance, securitization (with a focus on consumer securitization) and derivatives.
Andreas has also gained substantial experience in restructuring and advising distressed funds, CDOs and companies that have invested in distressed structured instruments. He also works in the areas of restructuring and ship financing.
In 2006, Andreas was seconded to the Chicago office and worked for the CDO group. Before joining Mayer Brown in 2004, Andreas was associated and trained with both the Frankfurt and London offices of a “Magic Circle” firm for three years. Prior to his legal education, he served as a trained banker at Deutsche Bank. A native German speaker, he is also fluent in English and French.
